ComOps Limited and SAP Australia and New Zealand (SAP ANZ) today announced they have signed an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) agreement. Under the agreement, ComOps will integrate SAP BusinessObjects business intelligence (BI) portfolio to its Workforce Management and Korellus ERP software and resell it as an Analytics suite.

Timothy Cavill has advised that he has resigned as a director of ComOps Limited. The board has reluctantly accepted Tim's decision, however, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new independent non-executive board director.

Tony Karabatsas joins the ComOps Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Cavill. Tony has over 25 years' extensive experience spanning executive leadership, board director and strategic consulting roles across a range of industry sectors in Australia and internationally across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The board of Directors of ComOps Limited is pleased to advise that Murray Creighton was yesterday unanimously appointed as chairman of the board of directors. The board sincerely thanks, Alex Ninis for his contribution as interim chairman following the untimely passing of ComOps recently appointed Chairman Thomas Hartigan.
